Your blog seriously has a major problem. You. How can you fix you?

Don’t be a high and mighty personality to your readers! You are just like they are, you are one with your audience. Provide something that

someone else isn’t saying. Provide unique content. Help the people that come to you and pose questions. Be a participant in a two way conversation and not a one way monologue. When the traffic starts to come to you after months of talking to yourself, be a gracious host.

You make an income by providing a service. This is a service based industry. Provide worth. Make the difference in a person’s life around you today. Reach out to someone and really find out how to help them with something. Provide a benefit to anyone you encounter. Benefit yourself when the relationship becomes reciprocal.

If you read this article and don’t leave a comment, I will be forced to track ips and hunt you down until we can benefit one another. I will be FORCED, I say :) Tell me I’m crazy, tell me I’m wrong, teach me something new, show me a side of yourself that you don’t show other people. I’m here, talk to me. :) What do you think of my messages? It’s really quite lonely making tons of money off of this site and not being able to help people :)  I just want to share some money with you, is that so wrong of me???

Blogging into the air…the lonely blogging blues. Are you alone in the blogosphere?

It seems like sometimes in the beginning of a blog, the traffic is sporadic and that folks just are either not coming around to read your posts or they aren’t returning once they do. Maybe they are coming to read, but there’s no comments, no feedback on your work. At times like these, you need to remember

to just keep plugging away and getting your message out to the masses. People will be inspired by your particular writing style. People will come to know your personality, your sense of humor, the je ne sais quoi, that makes your perspective unique.

Keep submitting your articles and stay on focus to what your blog’s theme is. Avoid going off in different thematic directions because you feel that because no one is reading, maybe your theme is bad. Chances are, your theme is fine, you just are lost in the sea of bloggliness. Don’t get down by the empty feeling, keep pounding out good content with good titles and good tags. Keep the sense of newness that you had starting out and don’t be discouraged by the results when you begin. Once you’ve started the process, you are already light years away of those who merely think about starting.

If you want to be an “interpreneur” then you need to stop worrying about all the doubt and naysayers and focus on what you believe in. Keep the passion in your work and keep plugging away. Write good content. Write good content. Write good content! Don’t forget to take time between writing to market your blog. There’s a ton of ways to get traffic - social networking sites, blog carnivals, blogging directories, you can buy adwords, you can comment on dofollow blogs, and you can comment on just normal blogs that you enjoy reading and sometimes you will say something profound and folks will come read what else you have to say.

Network and provide worth in what you say and what you do. The traffic will come and with it loyal readership. That’s something you can’t buy, you have to earn.

How to increase your pagerank in the search engine using Do-Follow love.

There is a Wordpress plugin called Lucia’s Love Link that I use to make my sight what they call a dofollow site. A dofollow blog is a site that allows a backlink (a link that a search engine uses to determine page relevancy) when users leave comments and feedback. The idea behind this is search engine juice means more targetted traffic to your blog.

Your site is a lot more relevant when it’s listed by 1000 sites than it is by just two or three. That said, it’s annoying to have people leave a “that’s a cool post!” post and not have anything at all to say about the subject matter. Herein enters the coolfactor [tm.] of this plugin.

The plugin has a lot of cool uses including the ability to only add dofollow to older posts, only add dofollow after a certain number of posts, and it allows you to not allow dofollow for spammylengthsupernamesadvertiserstrytouse, custom definable length by you of course. It allows you to add the option of informing people that you use this plugin at the bottom of a post to discourage human spammers who arrive on your site with the sole purpose of just gaining some link love.

The dofollow movement is awesome, and I’m proud papa, just a moderated one.
